Criminal Use of Explosives (F) A person is guilty of criminal use of explosives if they intentionally place, use, or attempt to use explosives against any real person or property and detonate said explosives, directly or indirectly. This shall include the use of tanker trucks, cars ignited in gasoline, or tanks/barrels full of combustible liquid for the purpose of causing an explosion.
